All of our guides are trained in first aid and wilderness safety, ensuring that your team will be in good hands throughout the trip.

Generally the only thing that participants need is a good pair of shoes (running shoes are generally sufficient). However for longer adventures we may recommend packs/belts, trekking poles, and sun and/or rain protection.

Our team can provide water and snacks upon request. Catered meals can also be provided for longer day adventures.
